1.Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date. The item is in its original packaging and in the condition it was received. If your product arrived defective, damaged, or if the incorrect product was shipped, please contact us right away — we'll make it right.

2.Process for Returns

If you believe you are eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at therabbitholeproducts@gmail.com or 573-836-3101 with your order number, a description of the reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Await Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved. Ship the Product: Once authorized, return the item in its original packaging to the address provided. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

3. Return Shipping

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs at no charge to you. All other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days after approval. You may choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit for use on a future order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Follow the same process as returns to initiate an exchange.

6. Quality Guarantee

Our products are handmade and may vary slightly in color, texture, and scent. These natural variations are not considered defects.
